JOYA: The digital gifting platform.

User: Any person who uses JOYA, whether as a sender or recipient.

Voucher: A digital gift card provided by JOYA or through its partners.

Service Provider / Merchant: The third party providing the service or product.

The user must be 18 years of age or older, or use JOYA under the supervision of a guardian.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

JOYA may suspend or terminate an account in cases of misuse or suspected unlawful activity.

Purchasing a voucher is considered activation, and it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable regulations.

The voucher must be used within its specified validity period.

Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or extended.

Certain vouchers may become available for use within up to 72 business hours from the time of purchase. This will be communicated to the sender and recipient.

Each voucher is subject to the service provider's terms and conditions.

JOYA is not responsible if the recipient does not use the voucher.

Digital vouchers are delivered to the recipient through:

• JOYA

• A link shared by the sender

The link may be sent through text messages or communication applications and may open the voucher in JOYA or on a dedicated page. JOYA is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from the user or recipient sharing the link.

Moments may include digital vouchers and/or physical products.

Moment contents are carefully curated and may vary slightly depending on availability.

Physical products include any products offered within Moments, such as flowers or other items.

Physical product availability depends on the selected city.

The user is responsible for entering accurate recipient information.

JOYA is not responsible for failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond JOYA's control.

If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled or the order may be cancelled according to applicable policies.

Vouchers, physical products, and Moments may vary depending on the selected city.

Certain services or products may not be available in all cities.

All vouchers and services are subject to the service provider's terms and conditions in addition to JOYA's terms.

In the event of a conflict, the service provider's terms will apply according to the nature of the voucher or service.

The service provider is fully responsible for the quality and fulfillment of the service or product.

All terms and conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the service provider's terms.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Service fees may vary depending on the service provider and will be displayed before completing the purchase.

JOYA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

JOYA may allow users to interact and share content within a social-style environment.

Users are responsible for the content they publish or share.

Users may not publish unlawful or inappropriate content. JOYA may remove such content or suspend the account.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using JOYA for fraudulent purposes

• Manipulating vouchers or codes

• Violating applicable laws or regulations

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials displayed on the website are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.

No content may be copied or reused without prior permission.

JOYA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

JOYA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
