Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Article (13) of the E-Commerce Law, the customer may request cancellation of a voucher purchase within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been used, redeemed, or the related service activated.

Completing the voucher purchase is considered activation of the voucher and the beginning of benefiting from the related service.

If the voucher has been used, either fully or partially, or the customer has started benefiting from the related service, the customer will not be entitled to request cancellation or a refund.

In some cases, activating the voucher may be considered the commencement of the service. Therefore, the right to cancellation may not apply once the service has been used.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for its cash value under any circumstances.

If the service is cancelled or unavailable by the service provider, compensation or resolution will be handled according to the service provider's policy and the applicable regulations.

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the user's wallet within the application and not to the original payment method.

All cancellation and refund requests are subject to JOYA's assessment based on the nature of the voucher and the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Use of the voucher is subject to the service provider's terms and conditions.
